Or you could get the 3% cpu boost implant. It boosts your cpu output 3% and is an implant. It goes in your head. Is that not as cryptic as a oneliner?

I'd like to see combat capable shuttles as some sort of pod equipped fighter at some point. The amarr and minmatar ones are perfect, and the caldari and gallente ones... well, I'd love to zip around in my minnie shuttle fighter.
